Spring Cloud 2021.0.0-M2 (codename Jubilee) is Available.

On behalf of the community, I am pleased to announce that the Milestone 2 (M2) of the Spring Cloud 2021.0 Release Train (codename Jubilee) is available today. The release can be found in Spring Milestone repository. You can check out the 2021.0.0-M2 release notes for more information.

Notable Changes in the 2021.0.0-M2 Release Train

Milestone 2 is compatible with Spring Boot 2.6.0-M3.

Spring Cloud Commons

Adjusts NamedContextFactory API for Sleuth.

Spring Cloud Config

Allow types in JDBC Environment repository besides String issue 1952

Spring Cloud Contract

UUID v4 and case insnsitivity issue 1688. Allow custom build.gradle when using standalone docker image issue 1672.

Spring Cloud Gateway

Support for the HTTP 2 protocol, issue 7.

Spring Cloud Kubernetes

Consitency between different java clients.

Spring Cloud Openfeign

Adds support for @CookieValue annotation issue 604.

Spring Cloud Sleuth

Adds Spring Kafka instrumentation issue 2013.
